"Now the requirements of the state are tightening in order to reduce the number of offenses. It is very important for businesses to keep track of all major changes in tax law to avoid risks to their own operations and unforeseen costs. At the same time, it is important to understand that the success of tax claims resolution is much higher during the pre-trial stage and you should apply for help before the situation has reached its critical point", says Mikhail Begunov, Managing Partner of Tax Compliance.
